Reasonable Use Expectations

• Use should be personal, individual use for your own coaching support.
• Automated, scripted, or bot-driven usage is not allowed.
• Account sharing or usage on behalf of multiple people is not allowed.

Service Protection

We may apply temporary limits if account activity is unusually high and negatively affects performance, reliability, or availability for other users.
